The departmental council of Eure is the deliberative assembly of the French department of Eure, a decentralized territorial community. Its headquarters are in Évreux. The actions of the Departmental Council involve the daily life of all Eurois: social assistance (elderly and disabled, childhood and family, integration, right to health), but also education and youth, roads, transport, culture, the departmental fire and rescue service, to which are added proactive policies such as the economy, community life or agriculture.

Develop UX design approaches in administration and improve the experience user of online public services. It's about accelerating the capacity experimentation and modernization through concrete projects.
How it works 🧐
Job27 is the second assignment out of three within the framework of the design assignments given to us.
- Creation of the job search platform Job 27.
- Improvement of the user journey.
- Creation of two parties (employer - employee).
The whole mission lasted two and a half months.
Needs 📈
The Job27 online service offering is substantial. Today a job seeker via his personal space can access nearly 6 features concerning job search, training...
In addition to the employment center, Job27 provides additional help. This service offering is little understood by users of sites whose profiles have very diverse digital knowledge needs.
How to facilitate improvement of services online job search so that these are used by any person, without requiring or adaptation neither of specific design and whatever its situation or his handicap ?
Missions 👁
Design more intuitive services for the greatest number of people who have difficulty with digital tools, who need powerful visual cues.
- Consider the user experience of people with mild cognitive impairment.
- Rework the organization of information, the system navigation, landmarks, route.
To do this, we applied UX/UI methodologies: user research, personae, user journey, experience mapping, usability tests, etc. Animation of design workshops, web and mobile screen prototypes (zoning, low fidelity / high fidelity wireframe), moodboard, graphical charter, interactive prototype.

Job27 is a networking platform between employers and RSA beneficiaries in the Eure. It facilitates a reconciliation between job supply and demand in the Eure by a geographic location of candidates and job vacancies with the crossing of skills. It is a free, simple and local tool. The greatest difficulty has been to find solutions to respond to the adaptability of the site in terms of users who have very little digital background.
