SAFETY EQUIPMNENT| UX/UI MISSIONS
Prorem is a company specializing in safety equipment for professionals and communities. It was created at the end of 2010 to meet the security needs and requirements of companies and communities, by providing its customers with a human-sized response. Its founders sought to adapt their long experience in the field to listening, responsiveness and quality of service to their customers intended to cultivate trust and the sustainability of the customer/supplier relationship. Located in Ile de France, Prorem offers its services at the national level, and offers European products offering all the guarantees of safety and compliance with standards for absolute peace of mind for its customers.
Presentation 🔍
The main objective was to give a new lease of life to the company in terms of graphic identity and to support Prorem in its digital transformation by having a site dedicated to the sale of its products.
How it works 🧐
Prorem is a B2B company with mainly wholesale sales. The main purpose of the site is to list all the items available and to facilitate orders, as well as the graphic identity has brought freshness to reassure customers and to be in the current trends.
Needs 📈
Prorem needed to increase its turnover, to buy back an image to improve its business and its future prospects by increasing its turnover in order to enlarge the team, to invest in new premises more large and buy material.
Missions 👁
As part of this project I was asked to do 2 mission. First, create the entire graphic identity of the company and secondly create the entire user experience on the website. The project is done step by step with a validation each time, here is the process: Analysis, Benchmark, Personas, User journeys, Idealization (workshop), Creation of logo / Business cards / Highlighting Catalog, UX & Wireframes design, Dynamic Prototype, Moodboard, User Interfaces, A/B Testing (Kameloon) / ROX
