Otherwise is the first collaborative insurance broker to integrate the FinTech Accelerator of L'atelier BNP Paribas with specific expectations, thanks to the help of experts it is still the leader of the French market.

The mission of Otherwise is to transform insurance and make it simpler, transparent and fair, more human. How? Quite simply by using communities of insureds with similar profiles who are rewarded when their insurance expenses are under control.

As a UX Designer I joined the UX team within Otherwise. This young and innovative team is made up of UX, visual and content design experts from a variety of backgrounds. Strength is the result of great cohesion and is based on the complementarity of different profiles.
Missions 👁
Our mission is to offer a seamless and coherent digital experience to our customers and collaborators thanks to our own constantly evolving design system. For this we must understand the needs of users and translate into solutions with them. Know and apply UX methodologies: user research, personae, user journeys, experience mapping, usability tests, etc.
Lead design workshops, prototype web and mobile screens (zoning, low fidelity/ high fidelity wireframe). Support projects in their digital transformation by feeding their thinking.
